Dr. Sara Miller is a pioneer and leader in the field of coaching physicians. She was one of the first and few who specialized in working with physicians who have disruptive behaviors. Dr. Miller also has extensive experience in coaching physicians who are disillusioned and those moving from clinical positions into medical directorships. She holds the prestigious Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF)
Dr. Geshe Thupten Dorjee is an ordained Tibetan Buddhist monk whose 25 years of intensive study in the Drepung Loseling Monastery University in South India culminated in the advanced Geshe Lharampa Degree. After earning the highest degree awarded in the Gelugpa University, Geshe-La continued his education at the prestigious Gyuto Tantric Monastery University, where after another three years of training he received the Geshe Ngarampa Degree, a degree. For the next several years, Geshe-La toured throughout the world with Mystical Arts of Tibet and continued academic and language studies at Springhill College, a Jesuit college in Mobile, AL. He also established several Dharma centers in North America including the Fairhope Tibetan Society in Fairhope, AL, the Tibetan Cultural-Institute of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR (www.artibet.com), and the Thupten Choling Dharma Center in La Verkin, UT. Geshe-La has taught at various universities as lecturer and adjunct professor (USA, SHCL, UWF, UNI, SUU and PSCL) and is currently instructor at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. His popularity among the students and recognition by his peers has earned him the 2008 Outstanding Faculty Award, and the 2010 John A. White Award for Faculty-Student Collaboration honoring his work in founding the Text Project, an ongoing program where select students and faculty from the University travel to India to preserve the rich living tradition of elder Tibetans in Exile Today (TEXT, http://web.me.com/minyak/TEXT/Welcome.html). Most recently, he received the 2011 Omni Center for Peace, Justice and Ecology Faculty Award, which recognizes exceptional research, teaching, and service by faculty who promote a culture of peace and the study of nonviolence.
