organizations keep their good doctors. Sara Miller,
President, specializes in working with physicians who
are going through challenging times and want to improve
the quality of their work life. Her clients include
professionals from Yale University, University of
Rochester Medical Center, Strong Memorial Hospital,
Saint Joseph Mercy Health Systems, and Henry Ford
Hospital, among others.
Dr. Miller graduated from one of the most rigorous
accredited coaching schools in the nation, The Hudson
Institute. She is also a Coaching Associate with the
Physician Leadership Institute. A member of the
International Coach Federation (ICF), the regulatory
body for coaches worldwide, Dr. Miller is honored to
serve on its Ethics and Standards Committee, which sets
the profession’s golden standard. She is one of an elite
group to have graduated from the world renowned
Authentic Happiness Coaching Program, led by Martin
Seligman, past American Psychology Association President
and leader of the Positive Psychology movement. She was
actively involved in co-creating and founding of the
Professional Coaches Association of Michigan and serves
as Treasure on the Board of Directors. She is an invited
presenter and contributing columnist for several
publications including ICF Coaching World, Daring
Doctors, Emergency Physicians Medical Newsletter,
and Humana’s Physicians Practice.
Dr. Miller earned her doctorate in Human Development
from the University of Arkansas and has over 30 years of
work experience in the fields of university teaching,
research and program development. In addition to
coaching physicians, Dr. Miller is happy to come to your
